Konterra continues to come to life. The second phase of on-site infrastructure is nearing completion and Konterra has started construction of its first residential phase, in which Konterra has partnered with Caruso Homes to deliver 220 new townhomes to the site. With this critical infrastructure in place Konterra can also proceed with its first apartment building. Konterra is working with Bozzuto to deliver up to 500 new multifamily units.
